In the past 6 month, I have gone into Verizon three times, always greeted with a smile and gratefully helped by Alex, Matthew and, more recently, Flow. My last visit concerned a problem I was having with 'storage'. Flow gave me a much needed-to-know lesson on the implications of 'storage' in my cellphone and how to eliminate what is not needed. Flow was delightful, knowledgeable, answered my questions gave me good advice, and, once again, like the other two customer service reps., did it with patience! Thank you!
