Calling in always sounds like a burden to them, nothing they do is electronic (including payments, to which they said they don't do electronic payments because it costs them money), most conversations hold a "You're beneath me" vibe, and the consistency of information is based on who is calling. I was told multiple times that payments were expected via check in the mail and in full. When my bank rep called, she was informed that autopay was an option via Bank to Bank and that payment plans were welcomed. I asked for a payoff amount and got told everything was done manually and that I will receive a callback. So, I have to pay interest on the time it takes you to calculate my payoff, recieve a check in the mail, and then process said check. Sounds like a fun way to scam people of money due to your negligence. Zero recommendation as a debt collector, or law firm, due to complete lack of professionalism and not getting up to date with modern times.
