Read MoreI was in a car accident July 2021 where I was rear-ended and then hit the car in front of me. Whiplash, car damage, not at fault. It impacted my ability to work and I incurred a career change and lost wages. I basically searched on Google and Yelp and found Sears Injury Law.I was assigned to a paralegal who followed up with me frequently, suggested medical care with doctors that could validate my injuries, and helped navigate the process. I was also assigned what I would call a case manager, Emily, who was terrific.I worked with three different negotiators over the period of time and they were all terrific. These ladies were able to get me full amounts of damages on 2 of the 3 policies I had. Special shout outs to Kimberlee and Andrea. THANK YOU.I will say, stay the course if you are injured and do not expect a fast turnaround. These matters take time.
