Read MoreDO NO USE THEIR SERVICES.......Never return calls or call you in a timely, and are mad when you call them. Ridiculous, I wish i got the womans name. I called to ask for a status on my cousins claim for her because she told me they at extremely rude and she gets frustrated. I called and I see what she means, the woman hung up and said bye before i could ask for her name. If you don't want want to answer calls then get a different job. I could understand if she was having a bad day, but not every day, first the lawyer was on vacation, then was told 3-4 weeks and now today, the woman states, we will call you.... Its has already been 3-4 weeks. All I asked was a status and she didn't bother to give me that.. so now we wait.... unfortunately she is making the Lawyer she is working for look bad. Or maybe he isn't on top of his cases either. I dont know. I wish the people I knew who used this place warned us first instead of saying they had the same problems and got screwed out of numerous fees on top of 1/3 they took, so now we will see of the same happens to us.... hate to do this but our words are very powerful and I don't want anyone dealing with this of they don't have to.
