Read More1st night was terrible experience ww had a broken window, bathroom no vent with a broken toilet lid, we couldn't be moved to another room because it was full when I showered water was running down the walls! 2nd night we did get into another room was better we asked for a ironing board and got a broken one without padding, when I wanted to shower tno hot water so I requested to speak to management again after being in 1st room this whole entire time the manager was there when she told me she wasn't the manager and told me I wasn't going to get the 1 night refunded to me because I knocked onnher door!! How unprofessional!! Never will I return to this place we would stay every year there when it was the portola Inn im sure it went through new ownership they need to step it up and get those rooms remodeled!
