After a month I called again and spoke with secretary, who said they would follow up after review. Three months later I had no response and followed up again. I was ask to provide specific documentation before a decision would be made to represent me. I did. After another 3 months without response I followed up again. I was ask for additional documentation which I provided, and was told they would get back to me upon review. It’s been over a year without a response or follow up from AAV or anyone from her office. This is terrible service, insulting and unprofessional. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOOSER
