This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. First off, forget about using any of the amenities they advertise — the pool and the grill area were both “temporarily closed” during our entire stay with no clear explanation or effort to make up for it. Why even list them if guests can’t use them?
Customer service at the front desk was equally disappointing — unhelpful, rude, and generally acted like we were inconveniencing them just by checking in.
Breakfast was a nightmare. The staff literally glared at anyone who dared to take more than a single scoop of eggs or sausage. If you try to feed your family, expect judgmental stares and passive-aggressive behavior. I’ve never felt so unwelcome trying to grab a bite to eat.
As for the Wednesday night buffet? Save yourself the time. Bland, barely warm food, and once again, the staff made sure to ruin what little enjoyment could be had by being as unfriendly as possible.
And God forbid you run out of toilet paper — good luck getting more. Calling the front desk felt like asking for a major favor rather than a basic necessity.
Save your money and your sanity. There are plenty of other hotels that understand what “hospitality” actually means.
