Read MoreI have stayed here a few times, love the atmosphere, location and most of the staff are super friendly. There is one staff member, Hugo, that is not very nice or helpful. In fact most of the time he either cannot be found or cannot seem to be bothered by the guest....it's like when you go to the desk (if he is there and can be found) you are "bothering him" if you want or need to check in or have a question. The only time this does not seem to be the case, is when there is someone working with him, then he is helpful and friendly...Love the rest of the staff though, they are great, all of them.
Location is awesome!! I can leave my car at the hotel and walk wherever I want to go, there are several stores (including a Barnes and Noble!!) and your choice of many restaurants all within walking distance.
Rooms are nice and quiet. My only wish was that there was a way to make a cup of coffee in the rooms first thing, without having to get dressed to go down to the lobby, where it is available 24 hrs (unless a certain person is working).
