Subsequently I realized that I needed to find an attorney who specializes in this particular area of expertise and after doing my own research shopping around and weeding through quite a few dissatisfying and downright dismissive disability attorneys I was able to have a consultation with Sara Kafshi Esq., who was/is professional and personable enough to actually take the time and also had the patience and kindness to listen to me and explain the entire process involved, step by step.
The same goes for the other respective paralegals and attorneys in her law office like Nicole Polanco, Benjamin Alpert and Sarah Stafford who never treated me with anything but dignity, respect and compassion without ever once being condescending. Needless to say, (which is why I am stating it for the record) thanks to all of their combined efforts, hard work and overall diligence I was fortunate enough to be granted a favorable decision by the judge presiding in my case and consequently awarded my SSDI benefits.
