The walls had stains, the carpets were dirty, and during the night like at 2am my dad got bit on his butt at first we didn’t know what it was we thought it was probably a spider and the bite bumps it left were about an inch in diameter. So then my dad wakes up again and turns on the light he finally found the bug it was a bed bug!! In total he got bit 11 times. (Neck,back,butt,arm) it was so bad I wish I could insert the pictures but email me if you want to see. Also when I took a shower the next morning the towels and rags that were provided were stained and dirty like very dirty yellow, brown, black stains. Some even looked like makeup stains. The pillows also had stains honestly I doubt they even change the sheets because the hotel room was so poor. Honestly these people who say “good things” about this place are wrong. There are plenty of bad reviews even about bugs I just wish I read them and $150 dollars for two beds for that poor quality man if I’m spending 150 a night I expect clean towels and no bugs. The owners response was why didn’t u tell us when it happened, keep in mind this happened late at night and we aren’t the type of people to complain we were tired of having a 3 hour drive. They acted like they didn’t believe us and we showed them my dads bites and the lady didn’t even care but the man pretended but he just took orders from the lady. And honestly in the Gardena area there aren’t really any good hotels. So just take my word and others who shared a true experience. DO NOT COME HERE!!
