There were large things on the carpet that weren't vacuumed up, the hotel looks beat up in and out of the room, the shower head needs to be replaced, I had to fix how the bed was made, and the room smelled really strongly of some cleaning product (I was there three nights), which was obviously ironic.
When I got there the first night, the app wouldn't let me into the exterior doors, so I stopped by the front desk to get a key. She just stared at her computer for a while, ignoring me. When she looked up at me, she tried, but she wasn't trained well, and couldn't give me a key because she was locked out of her computer. She offered to take me to the room and let me in, bringing me a key later, but I said I would try with the app, and that did work. I had a better experience getting a key in the morning. Again, I don't blame her, but everything really showed that the management here isn't good.
Breakfast ends at 9, which is earlier than most, and the breakfast area was dirty when I was there. The visit ended poorly, as well, when they tried to clean my room with the do not disturb sign on the door. It isn't the worse for sure, but I don't think I'd stay here again.
