As soon as I walked in, I got the cozy warm feeling and aromas of a REAL NY style pizzeria. I can’t tell you how happy that made me feel because so many of these self-proclaimed NY style pizzerias aren’t what they describe in DFW. Brother’s is LEGIT one of the best NY style pizzas I’ve ever had and I’ve been to most of the famous ones in NYC, New Jersey and Boston (which is a sleeper BTW)!! Back to Brother’s: I was greeted by the owner/operator who was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He recommended I just get a slice or two since I wasn’t so hungry and because it’s so much better getting baked twice with the crispy crust. Had I not know this already, that would have been extremely valuable information and that says a LOT about character here. Back to the food, I got the Brother’s Special, testing what they could deliver on, and it was absolutely amazing. It was so good, I bought a whole pie before I left to take home! The tiramisu rivaled some of the best I’ve ever had! The service, needless to say, was nothing short of perfection. The atmosphere was exactly as a pizzeria SHOULD be! I can’t wait to return to try more food and will add more photos and reviews upon my return!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
