Over the last 14 years I have used a lot of contractors, and Brian with Nighthawk Construction is the best one in Tallahassee I have worked with by far. I've worked with Brian for the last 6 years on probably somewhere close to 100 projects, and he has always delivered consistently quality work along with fair pricing.
