Soo... my first incident was with a lovely lady who picked up the phone and, without introducing herself, without knowing my medical history, decided to give me medical advice, after I have been asking when my meds will be in. Then, when I told her that what she said won't work (as I am allergic to a certain medication), she hung up on me without a word. Went to the pharmacy and got some apologies. Not from her, of course. She still works there.
In the second incident, I was told to call 2 weeks before I ran out of my prescription so they could order it for me. When I called, they told me they had already gotten the meds in but not the dose I was supposed to get but double what I was on at the time. I ASKED if the prescription with the in-between dose was still in as it should have been (going up gradually), and she (a Cali or Kelly) lied and said NO. The highest dose was apparently the only prescription in. My chart and my doctors beg to differ, which I found out only the next day, next time I will check before even bothering to call them. Because of this, I had to have another medicine because let's stiff ourselves with meds due to incompetent pharmacists. (Or most likely aids)
It is absolutely unprofessional. They are absolutely ignorant in their field, and I am absolutely disappointed in the continuing errors these people make.
They will end up hurting someone because of their incompetency. Law suits pending one of these days.
