Absolutely incredible. Loved the blacksmith area and guy. We got to do a hands on demonstration. He was friendly and knowledgeable and it was just fun in general. Just a very cool place if you love history.

This is an excellent place to stop in Tallahassee. It has enough to do to spend the whole day, but it's also small enough to spend just an hour or two and feel like you learned something with your time. Definitely a place to bring...Read More

We loved learning about the history of our home state. The staff was friendly and helpful. We attended on homeschoolers day and enjoyed an educational "mystery" where the children searched for clues. The setting is lovely too, Spanish moss sways from the old Oaks....Read More

When I went to Misssion San Luis, I sensed a bit fascination, belief, and empathy for those who lived on the land, but it is definitely a must-see if you are ever in the Tallahassee area!

Great place to visit, and it was very educational. The volunteers were all very knowledgeable about the history of Mission San Luis. The palm thatch roof of the Council House had been removed for routine maintenance.

I had the most wonderful time photographing a wedding here. Firstly, there are rooms on the second floor that make it really easy to go from getting ready to the outside for ceremony. There are lots of trees and the landscaping is very well maintained...Read More

Great place to visit with your family. A lot of preserved history. How people lived and even buried. Very quiet place. They keep the whole area in great shape. There are actual people manning the houses and certain work stations on certain days making one's...Read More

The grounds are beautiful and the period actors were very friendly and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and learned a lot about the Spanish presence in Florida 100 years before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock. It is worth your time and money...Read More

We are traveling with dogs, so them being pet friendly was a huge plus! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't get to see everything due to a lightning warning. Definitely pleased with our short visit.

This was really neat, plenty to do for a long day but we arrived late in the day and were still able to enjoy it for a shorter time. It’s a beautiful walk and well maintained exhibits with a friendly staff.
