He told us about the history of the space and how it's grown since its inception. It was my first exposure to a gallery space devoted to queer BIPOC, and I am happy a space like that exists. The photographer on display, Jeffrey Jin, is worth the trip to experience. His "Searched for Heaven and Found Texas" is arresting in the best sense of the word. I look forward to more events and programs there!
