This is a great facility. The staff and the people working out are always nice and accepting. No one judges you at Anytime. Everyone encourages each other. Great gym.

Gym is set up in a fashion to where a person can work the muscle groups in an easier way. Staff knows the clients by name. Gym is clean and held at a professional level.

I’ve had leg problems most of my life, after working out with the staff here my leg has improved and has less, if any pain nowadays. Highly recommend
