This gym has all the functional equipment needed, with a great free weight section, benches, and a sled for my lower back mobility routine, though a couple of weight machines need minor repairs or new leather. The air conditioning was cranked up, making workouts super comfortable, and I ran into trainer Julian again, whose advice to flip my routine—weight training in the morning, cardio in the afternoon—has been a game-changer. I highly recommend Julian if you’re in the area! As for where I first met him, it was at gym number 51 in Anna, Texas, where he shared his expertise and enthusiasm, inspiring me to tweak my routine.
