Being someone who has had a personal trainer since age 7, I have had a variety of routines, training styles and objectives. In the last 15 years I have never had a trainer as helpful, motivating and supportive as Trisha at One Body! She goes over in detail my progress each session, my strengths, where I need improvement and always makes sure I understand my workout! The style of training they use at One Body, Super Slow, is the most beneficial and safe type of training I have ever done. It just makes sense!
