Read MoreIf you have the chance to go to another gym or another LA Fitness location, you should absolutely do it. This location is by far their worst. None of the staff care about their job and are extremely rude over the most minor inconveniences. Today, I arrived at 7:40 pm (just to stretch for 15-20 min) and the doors were locked with people inside working out still. This is the 4th such occasion, even though they close at 8. This time it took the teenager front desk girl over 5 minutes to let me in, and instead of apologizing, she kept saying “just so you know we close at 8”. It’s obvious this is her first job. I’ve been coming for 7 years and never seen her once, so obviously she’s brand new such that I would know the rules far better than she does.
Besides them being lazy and ready to leave around 1/4 of an hour early, the place is disgusting. The locker rooms smell worse than anything you’ve ever smelled before; it smells like actual BO (body odor) and has been this way since at least September’24. Also, it’s always out of paper towels in the locker rooms, there’s trash everywhere (not just the locker rooms), trash cans are full, bathroom stalls and clogged and not useable, and much more.
This is the worse LA Fitness location by 10x over. Find somewhere else to go.
