Yes, I often have to wait to speak to someone, but that's because they don't rush people and give the kind of time you need. It's not reasonable to expect the kind of staffing that would eliminate waits when it's impossible to know how many people will come in and ask stupid and long questions at random times.
My last experience there is another example why I am so loyal for so long:
Came there with a bad battery, bulb also blew out by some crazy (and lucky) coincidence. They had 3 great options for my uncommon car, which despite my attendant being on his last week on the job, was thoroughly explained to me. He got my bulb while a decided, then proceeded to go out into 22 degree weather and install both. Idk if they're supposed to change your battery, but I'm pretty sure they've no obligation to do the bulb.
