FINAL UPDATE: Job was done very well, product (tankless water heater) works like a charm. Work was done to code and as expected, and we passed final inspection without a problem. Would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. Made appointment online, got call to confirm (Day After Thanksgiving was not a problem!) Jhonny the plumber showed up at exactly the scheduled time. He was professional, very kind, explained everything, and got to work. Looked at all the new pieces, inspected the old installations, confirmed the great price I was quoted and got the whole job done in less than an hour. Then showed me what he did and tested everything before he left. There is simply no reason to ever call anyone else and I will surely use them again if a need arises.

The customer service for this all in one company is amazing. When they say something they deliver. You don’t have to be behind them to follow up for anything.
I will definitely recommend them and I’m keeping them in my back pocket for any future issues that come up in the house. Thank you!! Last but not least the receptionist Jennifer, she was so Patient and understanding to what I needed and how fast I needed my problem fixed. This is it everyone no need to look at another company again.

Excellent service, they made a FREE estimate with a razonable pice, the install an electrical tankless water heater, they did the plumbing and electrical work, fast and clean. Really happy with the work.
