A plumber from Boise Plumbing came to my house within three hours of my online request for service, and he arrived within the hour. The leak was repaired proficiently and promptly. It was a bit pricey to get the leak fixed (when compared to just buying the necessary parts and doing it yourself). Considering that I would still have bad water if I tried to fix it myself due to problems the internet didn't warn me about, I think the money was well spent. They also do a yearly check for leaky faucets and cleanse the water heater. So far, I'm glad I went with Boise Plumbing to take care of my piping needs.

Unclogged my toilet after I accidentally flushed a cloth down it and provided me with up-front pricing. I'd rather not discuss the specifics of the service or the final cost, but I can confirm that I was indeed charged exactly what he estimated. A plumber I've used before wants to put in a 5-hole faucet set that I put in myself in under half an hour. The company was not of that nature. I was able to save money compared to my expectations, which will lead to continued business with them. Clayton conducted my repair, informed me of his findings, and walked me through the procedure. I feel like I wasn't overcharged, given the time and effort involved and the final price.

When I contacted Boise Plumbing, the woman who answered the phone was kind and was able to send me a technician the same morning. When I called other places, they didn't know what I was talking about. The technician Kenneth arrived on time, was polite and professional, and continued to communicate extensively about his work and methods. He also showed me a great deal of patience when I bombarded him with inquiries about other services. Would suggest for a staff that is informed and kind.
