We ordered mozzarella sticks as an app, my gf ordered the blackened chicken, and I ordered the 5 cheese burger. Since it's bar food I mostly cut some slack on critiques. However, the mozzarella sticks barely had cheese inside them. The rice was meh, the chicken on my gf's plate was NOT blackened at all and she was charged extra for a side salad without anyone telling her it was an upcharge. They did discount the salad but that was after some back and forth which should've been handled in one shot.
The bacon on my burger was nicely smoked but the burger had no flavor at all. The bread it comes on was also soggy from the burger but the cheeses were good, I just wish the mozzarella stick was actually on the entire burger and not just sticking out of the top of a half.
The only thing saving this review from being a 1 ⭐ is the fact that they have the Coke Freestyle machine which is not something most places have.
I'd also say the staff needs a bit more training since I had to ask for refills at least twice. We also waited several minutes for a small plate after getting a salad and our waitress was cleaning other tables instead of grabbing the plate.
Even walking in, nobody greeted us and we waited almost 2 full minutes for someone to walk up and said she would seat us but then took a phone call so we had to wait for someone else to walk up to seat us.
