Read MoreIf it weren't for the managers Winifred & Sue who have a smile, great customer service attitude and always remember my order and I only come on Sunday morning, I would not step foot in this place after the horrible experience I had many, many months ago with an employee, with whom I have not seen since shortly after that visit.
They are many other employees they have a great attitude but still one or two that i feel put off a bad attitute like the one (I know her name and will use it if I have another bad experience with her again like this one) who I had the unfortunate pleasure of helping me last week, she had to remake my caramel frappe because it did not blend properly and was all ice chips, she looked extremely pissed of and I even tried to get her to smile she made me so uncomfortable they I appologized for asking her to make it the way it should be and with an intimidating look said "I am just doing my job" people like that should not be at the front of the house. Because of her I left with my to go order in a pissed off mood and nothing good to say top my friends waiting in the car. If it weren't for Winfred I would not have returned today!
