Why I hired Ghazal to represent me
I hired Ghazal for my first offense DUI in November 2021.
I didn’t have my family with me, so I was panicking and was asking a lot of different local attorneys in my area. I actually had 2 other options to consider, but I ended up choosing Ghazal because she is super empathetic, and she recognized how frustrating it may get in my situation. I felt heard and understood, and that’s the moment that led me to hire her as my attorney.
Process of Fighting my case
In those five months of fighting my DUI case, Ghazal had consistently fought for my case with great quality of professionalism, while also checking on me once in a while and giving me support and affirmations. She would explain her steps very thorough and clear in the language that I could easily understand, she would give me some possible outcomes of my case on what I should expect or what I may need to do, she would also be available whenever I have questions to ask her.
Unprecedented Challenges
We got into this “law changing” phase where our original plan had to be altered, due to the external factor of law changes. Ghazal kept her word and still fought my case persistently to minimize my sentence. Even though the outcome didn’t turn out "exactly" as planned, Ghazal used her legal knowledge and her professional judgment to reduce my sentence as originally desired.
She also offered to help me with getting my license back once my suspension is over!!!
Summary
Ghazal is very very sophisticated in her field.
By talking to her, you’ll know she is very experienced, and she knows immediately how to approach and what could be the possible outcomes. She is also very honest about what’s happening with your case and will always give you many options to make your court situation in your favor. She is very good with communication, in terms of respond time and how clear she communicates.
She is very different from the other attorneys that I’ve talked to because she listens to you and is very compassionate with your situation. Plus, she has a really flexible payment option for a newly financial independent like me, who has limited funds!!
