I cannot go into details of the case, but I can give a basic outline of what transpired and speak to professionalism and dedication of Paul Tashnizi. He and his associates did a fabulous job representing me during my case. While I lived approximately 60 miles away or a good 2-hour drive (in SoCal traffic), we conversed frequently through email or phone calls. They were patient with me while I recounted all of the aspects and facts of what led up to the necessity for a lawsuit. They were diligent when working on the negotiations for a settlement. They were honest in explaining to me what the expectations were in regards to what was important in my case, what was not, and what the end result would be. The honesty and the hard work was what put my mind at ease that my case would be handled by an experienced and detail-oriented attorney and that my well-being and hopes were a priority. Unlike some attorneys who focus solely on their payout, give little time to meet and talk with their client and rush a case, Paul took the time to wade through a mountain of documents and testimonies, policies and laws, and presented my case not only as one of legality but one ethics and morality as well.
