Nice location. I’ve tried several new drinks at this location. I love the little strip that it’s in, it’s very cute and minimal because it’s not a crazy shopping strip nor an area with major parking.My only complaint is they aren’t as fast as other locations I’ve visited. I usually order via the mobile app, but even ordering while in the drive they, I’ve had to wait at least five minutes.Sure five minutes is definitely not something to complain about, but if I’m 15 minutes away, and my drink takes 5-8 minutes to make...I shouldn’t be waiting an extra 5 minutes once finally getting to the window.Everyone is always super friendly and I’m glad that this location is close to home, and even walkable.

Love that this Starbucks is close to where I work. The inside of this location looks really nice and is relaxing. The drive thru is designed strangely as you have to drive by the adjacent businesses to get to the Starbucks drive thru. I've visited numerous times and my drinks have overall been great. Gave it 4 stars due to the associates customer service is just mediocre and not outstanding. Overall I'm so glad Fishhawk has a Starbucks now and I will be a frequent visitor.

Someone working at this store, (I think their name is Julian), was very nice to me. They recognized me from the day before and talked nicely to me. I made a mobile order through the app and was picking it up. They complimented me on my name and I was so happy. I am transgender and I was holding back the urge to say "I picked it out myself" hahaha. Anyway I felt very happy. That was the first time I actually used my new name in public. Julian didn't have to compliment me, but they did. I would definitely come to this store again. Thanks Julian!-Orion 😁

I come here pretty often and I’m sure they recognize my name is what I usually order . I will like to say thanks to whoever decorated my cup with a marker and made the whipped look elegant !💕It’s the little things that matter.The employees here are so wonderful and kind

Ordered online, due to a semi delivering to location blocking the entrance and parking lot we would be late to get our pickup. Tried to call store to cancel before it’s in process. No one answered. Truck driver was blocking people in their spots and the entire entrance to the store. Had to leave without drink and paid 7 dollars for it. Not very good experience

I’m so bummed, I am a huge Starbucks girly, I spend hundreds here a month. (Yikes I know) I have always been on a first name basis with my Starbucks crew. My Portland crew was amazing, we even exchanged birthday gifts yearly, and the white city staff here in the rouge valley is incredible. I recently moved to an area where this location is the closest, and man it’s like night and day, the morning crew is not very friendly, and I have tried doing mobile order several days and it’s actually never been ready when I come in, and there’s maybe one customer even in the store when I get there. Anyway, just disappointing.

I used the drive through yesterday to get my granddaughter a macha after her dental appointment. I ordered a tall macha and two chai latte's. It was unbelieveable that they got the whole order wrong and unfortunately I didn't notice the chai latte's were wrong until I got home. When they gave me the macha, my granddaughter noticed that instead of being green it was brown like a cold brew. We were able to get the correct macha drink before we drove off. When I ordered, I clearly saw the correct order on the screen. Did they do this on purpose?

We live in a very rural area and we'd have to wait til we went into town to get our favorite drink at Starbucks. When they put one closer to us we were very excited. It's still a bit of a drive but not so bad that we won't just hop into the car to just go get it. We enjoy our new Starbucks and the people have been amazing there. I never leave without a smile. They are so nice at the new one in Fish Hawk. I do not personally know anyone there but they make you feel as if you do. I've been to several that made me feel like they were herding us (customers) like cattle and yes I understand they are busy and always have a crowd but Fish Hawk never has. Oh... a clean cup! Who gets agrovated when you are handed your cup with stuff running down the side? Especially when your driving! Your driving and the cup has stuff on it. They always wipe my cup before handing it to me. A smile and short little something said to make you feel good while wiping your cup.... the little things make big differences and keep you going back.

One of the worst-running Starbucks in the area with the exception of the morning crew who are always fast and fantastic. If you come here after 11 am, you’re screwed. I usually do an online pickup order and it’s literally never ready on time. I’m usually waiting at least 15 mins after the ‘ready’ time. Today they ‘lost’ my coffee. Huh? Unbelievable.

Been to a lot of Starbucks and never had a bad experience except this time. Bad customer service, so many workers looked at me and just turned their backs to ignore me and not say a word. Wanted my drink re made and they told me "this time" they wouldn't charge me and it still isn't very good. Disappointed to say the least, what a waste of $4

Want your coffee ruined, and have to return to get it fixed ?Sure! Go to Starbucks in fishhawk. Not only did they mess up 2 of my drinks, they had coffee spilling all over the sides. I went through drive through, ordered 3 coffees and none had drink stoppers put in. Not even I am sorry ma’am for the inconvenience. Will not be returning to this location.

The drive-thru experience was pleasant, and the barista at the window was nice enough. However... I drove all the way to this out-of-the-way location to avoid rush hour traffic on 301 and yet AGAIN a barista working the bar forgot how to make a London Fog Latte. It is beyond frustrating to consistently have baristas make this very simple drink so wrong. There are four things needed.. hot water half way up the cup, steamed milk the other half, tea bags, and VANILLA SYRUP. I have been sick for a week and craving this drink, only to drag myself out of the house to get a cup full of happiness, and be given a drink that has way too much water, over brewed tea and not a hint of vanilla syrup.

This new location in Fishhawk is the First certified Green Starbucks. It is also LEED certified. Thumbs up Starbucks.Inside is big and spacious. Nice outdoor seating area that is quiet and does not have huge volumes of traffic roaring by, like the Bloomingdale location.I would go so far as to say, this is the nicest Starbucks I have been to in the Southeast United States.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over 2 years now, frequently some months and occasionally other months. Nearly every single visit is 5 stars. The staff is always so friendly, they are crazy efficient no matter how busy it is, and the drinks are always prepared correctly. I’m not a big fan of the food, from what I’ve tried anyway, but I don’t go here for the food. Overall, this Starbucks is great!

I make it a point to go to Dunkin’. But today I made the mistake of going to Starbucks. I got an iced coffee and a bagel and my order was $10. So a $5 bagel and these people didn’t even put cream cheese on it. For $5 bagels and $5 coffee this place is a big disappointment. Idk how brown water can cost more than a cheese burger but I will never come here again. Their company is a total rip off. And Dunkin’ Donuts is a far better brand. At least Dunkin is for the people. Starbucks is following California is logic all the was to the trash heap.

I just want to give BIG kudos to the manager at this location. Kiave the manager, went above and beyond. I am a regular at this Starbucks location and received a drink that wasn't up to par. Called the location and she rectified the situation. 2-3 weeks later (today), I order again at this location on my way to an appointment and quickly grab my order... jump in the car. As I head down the road I notice a couple SB gift cards.... had no idea how they got there. After my appointment head back to return them and Kiave was there. Circling back from 2-3 weeks ago, she explained she was sorry, the cards were for me and they are working to improve everyday. It's not about the gift card at all, her GREAT attitude, work ethic, leadership qualities and customer service is refreshing in today's environment. Keep it up, Kiave (and her team) and Starbuck's... she deserves a merit increase!

Not really impressed with the customer service here. When I asked for a drink carrier the rep didnt respond and just tossed it carelessly to the counter. When asked if it were two drink because I was picking up for a family member i was told it was when it was actually 3. Luckily I hadn't left and confirmed with my mother in law. I've worked in several restaurants/fast foods you name it and tickets are very easy to check how many items. Could have been a better experience.
