Whenever I forget to take before-pictures, it’s either because I’m really hungry or the food looks amazing. This time, I was just really hungry. The salad was disappointing—large chunks of lettuce, hardly any dressing, and it seemed like iceberg lettuce. The chicken Alfredo was decent but could’ve used more seasoning. On a positive note, the waiter was incredibly kind and patient. Salad: wonderful, breadstix; wonderful. Spaghetti----- worst thing I've ever tried to eat. It ruined the rest of my food so I got full on salad. I think they should actually try it. Our server was great, he earned every cent. I know the chicken Alfredo was delicious but I couldn't eat it due to the Spaghetti and meatballs. I have had really good experiences here every time I go. Hannah is usually my server is she has always treated me right! Food is always fresh and really good, recently they’ve had a lot of very good take home meal deals. I would recommend checking those out as well!

Good absolutely terrible!!!! So glad I had a gift card and my balance came out to be $8. The grilled chicken had a rubber taste. Not all of the piece but the majority. Service tonight was awful from start to end. Our waitress did a horrible job. We had to ask for what we needed-refills, extra items we had asked for several times and our appetizers we ordered never made it to our table. Overall experience 1/10. February 1, was our 25th wedding anniversary and wife chooses Olive Garden, use to be one of the best places to Eat, Well after last night it's one of the worst places to eat, we ordered each our on plate of food, After waiting over an hour for food, it was finally brought out to us, Our Server kept Apologizing to us because it was taking so long, when it finally got to us, the food you could tell must have set under heat lights, it was dried and crispy on the ends of our noodles and chicken, it was absolutely horrible, barely could cut it with a fork, didn't have a good taste, overly spicy with tomato paste, we tried to complain about the food, but our server could only apologize, he couldn't get a manager for us, you would think a plate of food that cost so much would have been better, we leave the Restaurant and we tried to go shopping, but both my wife and myself ended up sick, we spent the entire night up sick from having dinner there, our total bill was 70.00 for the garbage we ate there, Come Monday i am going to file a complaint with the Alabama state health department and with the Restaurant, We will never eat here again and I will no longer recommend this Restaurant for a good place to eat. I just left there and my Food was disgusting and my waitress was terrible. I ordered the spaghetti and my son got the kids pasta with chicken. My spaghetti was cold and my waitress had a terrible attitude the whole time. I had a gift card and paid the rest with my card. She slung cheese everywhere except on my salad. I didn’t eat the salad because it wasn’t any dressing on it and I was afraid to ask her if I can get some dressing. She charged me $4.79 for marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks which she had to get the manager to override. Of course I left a tip but the service and food was terrible.
