Read Moretalked in circles by the ai system that couldnt help me via the website, referred me to the phone. automated system talked me in circles there, then hung up on me four times saying to go through the website. this is why i never use fedex ever. if someone hadnt sent me a package, i wouldnt be reaching out. i would put less than 1 star, but you cant post with zero. 3 days of getting stickers stuck to my door, signing them, without actually receiving a package, and the tracking numbers for the packages dont have any information through the website / says its not valid, the boxes on the slips are not checked, meaning none of the packages actually require signature.
