I don't know if this is good or bad. Bad: One employee at counter midday. GOOD: she was effectively helping multiple simultaneously. And still very pleasant. FedEx hire and pay people and give this outstanding woman above and beyond compensation.

It’s like reading isn’t fundamental with these drivers. My package got stolen BECAUSE THEY DONT EVER FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. $300 worth of goods gone. Yall know Newark back and still proceed to be unprofessional. Tried filing a claim and nothing.
