Read MoreI get my medications shipped to me and almost every time, this site gives me an issue. My package needs to be signed for and there have been three different instances my package was left at the door with no signature. I'm assuming this means someone forged a signature then? I was once told my address doesn't exist. Then where, pray tell, do I live?? Most recent issue has been claiming they attempted contact and leaving. There have been people home each of the two times my package was "attempted to be delivered" with no contact at all the first time and the second time was only a note on the door. At this point FedEx is blatantly withholding my medications. I have contacted customer service, but since there is no phone number available for individual stores, I have to simply hope my attempts had more substance than theirs.
