The lady who is working here is super rude, no patience, doesn’t listen to the customer, wasting time and never willing to solve the problem. I feel like she does not want to communicate but just wants to leave. I asked for the future packages that require signature that I may not be home to receive them then what should I do. She said just changing your address for all your future packages to the closest store. This is ridiculous, because there are other companies like DHL, UPS and USPS will delivery packages and how could they send them to FedEx? Also, I have never had any issue with other delivery companies other than FedEx. I will try to avoid using FedEx, this feelings are even stronger after talking to the lady who is working here. I think there is something wrong with the FedEx system. This is races and discrimination, which makes life so hard. I will try my best to avoid using any services from FedEx in the future.
