Chick-fil-A Lakewood in Jacksonville

I just love Chick-Fil-A. We decided to have lunch here and made another stop. Again, most Chick-Fil-A’S drive thru is always packed. Your best bet is to order inside, or use the Chick-fil-A app. Your order will be waiting when you pick it up. My server was friendly. I placed my order and paid. Again I was given my drinks and my table marker to place on the table I sat at. Before I even got to a table a nice server already had my food ready and in her hands as I was walking towards a table. She asked me where I’d like to sit. I told her and she wiped down my table and handed me my food. Great service and very efficient. Besides their delicious food, this is one of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A. The staff is very well trained and friendly, not like Mc Donald’s. The food is consistently good, and I love all the options they offer. Again, I ordered The Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Meal. I had a choice of three cheeses American, Colby Jack, or Pepper Jack Cheese. I chose Colby Jack. It came with Lettuce, and Tomato, Waffle Fries, and a drink. I got Sweet Tea because I’m in the South. I also ordered their 4pc Chicken Strips which are so delicious especially when you use their dipping sauces. There was plenty of free parking. The decor was lovely and decorated a little different in each area. I would definitely recommend coming here

We’ve been to this place a bunch of times, and we’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I have to give a shout-out to one of the employees when we used the drive-thru. He was so nice and patient, even with a smile! His name was Martial 😊

I have no idea what it was about tonight's crew but it was some of, if not the best, CFA I've ever had. The fries were all crispy to well cooked no burnt fries or little stragglers. The side salad was full and well filled with a good leafy green to cheese ratio. The chicken sandwich itself was so well cooked, absolutely kudos to the breader in charge tonight. The filet itself was juicy with a crispy exterior 😩🙌 best I've ever had.

I personal haven’t gone through yet but today I was across the stree leaving the store when I see two gentlemen run all the way to the stop sign to stop a lady who just went through drive through and seemed to have forgot her drinks. The fact they took their time to run out and stop her was amazing! Seems like y’all have a really great fam staff!

First time visitor to chic filA today with family on vacation. I'm a grilled chicken lover, food was good. But what really set this apart was the service. The people in the restaurant were phenomenal and kind. Would come back ten times over for that reason alone

Chick-fil-A is an amazing experience the car lines are so fast if you dine in now it's very enjoyable it's huge and they're starting to renovate all of them to look the same on the inside and they're adding playgrounds or inside jungle gyms for the little kids which is amazing and they allowed me to order off the Children's Menu too, and, so my son and ordered the children's menu chicken nuggets for like five something instead of the 8.99 but we sat inside and it was a nice, comfy experience. One of the staff at work there walked by a table and saw my drink was low and asked if I wanted to refill which I've never had a happen to me ever in my 44 years I've been alive at a fast food restaurant and so I would have to call Chick-fil-A the new Fast Food because it makes fast food atmosphere with restaurant atmosphere so "The New Fast Restaurant" is what Chick-fil-A is creating in the market whether knowingly or not, it will change how all fast food customer service is, as in, the levels will be forced to increase especially with many places having kiosks to order; what good is an entire crew if nothing to do. Well, Chick-fil-A gave them something to do and i was very aware of the courtesy the convenience and therefore I appreciated the employee asking if I would like a refill because I needed a refill and then when our trays were done or when we are done eating another employee walk by and asked if we were done and I said yes sir and they took our trays for us which I've never had happened at a fast food restaurant in the 44 years I've been alive and so Chick-fil-A is definitely a game changer in that industry and it's creating a new type of Industry like a sub industry within the fast food market and they're doing it with their customer service and their speed and efficiency in all areas especially the drive-thru. That's been apparent since covid when forced to come up with a solution to a problem in order to continue to make money they streamlined the drive-thru process and very rarely do they get an order wrong yeah at a fast food place with one drive-thru line one person they'll mess that order up and so Chick-fil-A has mastered the drive-thru and now they're mastering the customer experience for a fast food restaurant as in most families are not going to be there longer than 45 minutes and that's pushing it for that type of place because it's not your average restaurant and it now has a jungle gym for kids inside and so now mothers can take their children there and study or work on something and eat good food and their kids play Wild in the jungle gym area that's visible to you and it's all inside air conditioned under. I got to give 10 stars to Chick-fil-A like I'm very inspired by what they've done with their overall brand because the food is good and their service is amazing because it's on point it's professional it's courteous it's accurate it's fast it's been mastered but if they get complacent their employees will become complacent and no longer will it be mastered they'll have to always refine but right now it's refined and fine-tuned and it's at the top

Shout out to Kevin in the drive through today!!! He suggested I try the pineapple passion fruit lemonade and it was everything!!! The food was great, the service was great, and Kevin is the best for suggesting this beverage because it's everything he said it would be!!!

My husband and I decided to go to Chickfila tonight at the very last minute, rightbefore closing time at 9:30 PM . And we were served by Chase at the University Blvd W location drive through. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry off and on for a lot of my life and so I know that people who show up less than 10 minutes before closing time are seen as a nuisance… That is so not the case at this establishment & I love that! I never get bad service no Matter what time of day it is! I love that about Chick-fil-A!!! Chase!

Love everything about this place. The people are what makes this place stand out from other like restaurants. My only complaint is that the AC seems to be set on cold more often than not and I believe that this is more to make the employees comfortable than the customers. I like it cold, but most of the time, I can't wait until I'm outside again because it's way too cold. I realize that the employees are working hard so they get hot easily. But we need to remember that it's the customers who need to be comfortable.

I really don’t leave review very often, but I will when I see someone that is going above and beyond! In the drive through I have had Marcus Murphy verified my order a few times now and that guy is awesome! He never fails to find ways to put a smile on my face every time I’ve had him!
