McDonald's in Fall River

This is the Worst Experience I have ever had at a McDonald's or any Restaurant! ***Please Read**** As anyone who reads my Reviews, there are not many Negative, if so it based on my experience at the time of visit. Anyway, last night I get out of work in the early morning hours and most times I do not get to eat at work so I stopped at this location being it was right next to the patient I work for and the highway being right there. I arrived at 1:43 AM. When the order-taker asked what I would like I asked for a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and a Large Strawberry Shake. He replied sorry we do not have either one and are you paying cash? We are only taking cash tonight. I asked why he said this is what they do at this time of the morning. I agreed to pay cash but they still didn't have the kids meal or shake. I then asked what they do have and the order-taker replied what else do you want? So I asked for a manager, this was the mistake on my part and where it all began. As I drove up to the window as you can see no one was in sight. So I went to the second window and clearly stated this is being recorded. The manager acting as if she was a police officer stated turned it off as I did. But that wasn't good enough for her she said she was calling the police and told me don't move. One would assume she was a cop as I started. So I stood there being I did nothing wrong. And she was on the phone with the police. Within 3 minutes a police officer arrived and she came outside and made a false statement to the officer. She told the officer I said I was an inspector? I was shocked and confused as to what she was saying. Note: she also stated I was being recorded and my license plate was also taken. Within nothing to hide, I abided by her request to not move. Not to mention this also held up the dive up the line. After the police officer was done listening to her. Without asking me for my side of the issue. He told me what the F--- is wrong with me? If I wasn't ordering food then get the F--- out of here! In fact, get in your car now and get the F--- out of here now before I arrest you. I asked him why was she able to detain me and him replied Do You Want to Go to Jail? I got in my car and left! The pictures show events of the timeline I wrote about.

Worse McDonald’s every time I go there it’s always something there service is slow my order is wrong staff with stank ass attitudes I haven’t gone in a while but today mark my words it will be my last time I bought 2 steak and cheese bagels today mines had a long piece of hair in it and the other had a bug nastyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! I wish I can give no stars deff don’t deserve it they should just close this location down they are very unsanitary!!! Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

awful awful awful made us wait 10 mins in drive thru stall had to go inside to get my food and when i got home with it it was wrong!!!! forgot to give me my drink at the drive thru before telling me to pull up and wait. every time i come here its a problem. most of the workers barely speak english and are rude!!!! never coming here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unbelievable experience. Ignored repeatedly. Not one, but 4 staff standing around in a circle looking at photos while the food I was picking up sat on the counter getting colder and colder. No exaggeration, I was ignored for over 10 minutes. When I was finally helped, I was met with immediate attitude. I asked for the food to be remade as this was a door dash delivery and the customer was going to receive cold food. The "manager" informed me she was going to call the police if I didn't take the cold food. What in the world? My mind is blown. I have never been treated so poorly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If i could rate zero stars with tonight's experience i would! Every single employee standing around talking and arms crossed over their chests! Then I'm assuming this customer (along with 3 other customers waiting to be served ) was picking up a door dash order and the girls that were standing around had the audacity to ask if he was taking pictures because his door dash customers were messaging him asking him why he was taking so long.... Horrible customer service!

This is without a doubt by far the worst McDonald's I waited over 30 minutes for my food watching people come and go and when I asked what was going on come to find out they cleared my order from the screen so it sat there to the side getting cold while they served about 20 other people and then they gave me burnt cold food. Oh but they gave me bigger cups for the Happy meals and didn't give me my drink but a water in a small cup then looked at me crazy when I got upset. So asked for a refund and so did 3 other people after me and another lady ordered regular big Mac's and they gave her chicken big Mac's instead. AND THE MANAGER SAID, "WELL I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO". Come on SERIOUSLY!!! Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went last night. Was told by the worker on the speaker to give him a moment. Patiently waited for him in the drive through. At this point in time there’s no other cars behind us or at the 2nd intercom. A car pulls up minutes later and then he proceeds to take their order and so we said “hello” and no response. Another vehicle approaches in the 2nd intercom after the first one and he also takes their order before us. Said hello again and no response. Guess I was just talking to myself then, should’ve just went in and made my own food at that point. Wack service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
