While their hearing aids are first rate, the associates are not! I made an appointment for some issues with my hearing aids and when I arrived the associate, Peter, was still dealing with another customer at the front counter. Understood. But without escorting me to the standard consultation room where appointments are usually conducted, he had me stand at the counter while he made adjustments at the computer. When I requested a further adjustment to my HAs, he said there wasn’t enough time in my appointment despite my having explained the reasons for coming in when I made the appointment. He was rushed, curt and indifferent, making me feel like an annoyance rather than a customer. No concern whatsoever. I’ve visited another Costco Hearing Aid center (Mt. Prospect) despite being further away and the service was excellent with caring associates. It’s a shame this location’s hearing center is so spotty when it comes to customer service.
Followup: 3 days after my appointment, the issue still persists. The rep didn’t do a thing except waste my time.
