I go in to pay for my gas and I hit the option to take advantage of my fuel rewards and receive five cent off per gallons. Well while trying attempting to enter my rewards code in the cashier hit credit. When she hit that it skip the option to enter the rewards code. The system overides it evertime if that's done. So I then proceeded to ask could she place the traction again so I can utilize my fuel rewards. She told me that she's not able to cancel gas transactions. Therefore, I need to go outside and pay. I didn't even bother to waste my breath to let her know I knew better. I just said okay fine. This cashier in these photographs just stood at the register for about two minutes trying to clear the gas. While she was doing this I got back into line. She took her next customer on the next register. Then an older caucasian man came and cleared the gas off the screen and asked me to come to his register. While I was telling the male cashier the amount. The woman in the pictures started talking over me saying well I tried to help him but he was being all retarded and a few other words I didn't catch. While she had a customer she was using racial slurs. I then told the male cashier that all I wanted was to enter my fuel rewards number so I may receive five cent per gallon on my fill up. I said that the whole reason even stopped at shell. The gentleman then apologize and was able to allow me to use my fuel rewards without any issues. I told the man that the woman in these photographs said she isn't able to cancel the gas transaction & I had go outside and pay.I mean if you just going to be racist and mean to people that look a certain way like get another job or something where you don't have to see them. They got places with low pay also that you don't see black people! No pun intended#BigTimeFresh
