Read MoreThe owner of this business, Pranee did my hair. I asked for blonde highlights for my hair to be cut right above my shoulders. When she took the foils out in the sink, she stated that it wasn’t as blonde as I wanted it. It was yellow! She also added black stripes when she told me it was going to be a light brown to break the blonde up some. She started cutting my hair with scissors. She never used a comb or brush while cutting it. I left with wet hair because all she knew what to do was to add mousse to curl it. I went home and straightened it. That’s when I could see how bad the cut was. Nothing was evenly cut. It was so choppy. When I called back the next day to explain it, she argued with me saying that it was fine. She finally told me she would give me my money back and to come at 12. I went at 12 and was told that she wasn’t there. The other person working there looked at my hair and said it wasn’t bad, and was very rude. I left and called Pranee, and she said that she could fix it or give me some money back. I went back later that day and she only gave me $50 back, I paid $100! Hopefully others will see this so they won’t make the mistake I did.
