Cryotherapy is a treatment that uses extremely low temperatures to promote recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve overall well-being. Our cryosauna uses liquid nitrogen to lower your body temperature, triggering a natural response that stimulates your body's natural healing processes.

Do I need to make an appointment or can I just walk in?

We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure availability, but walk-ins are also welcome. Please note that appointments take priority, and walk-ins may experience a short wait.

What should I wear during a cryotherapy session?

You will need to wear socks, gloves, and undergarments or a swimsuit. We provide robes, sandals, and a headband to protect your ears and hair.

How long does a typical cryotherapy session last?

A typical cryotherapy session lasts around 3 minutes. However, your first session may take a bit longer as our staff will need to brief you on the process and ensure you're comfortable.
