I specifically asked them (knowing they close at 7pm) would it be better to come back another day because I didn't want them to rush. The answer was no we can do your nails. Soon as they sat down I sensed frustration & attitude. The lady Ann was very unprofessional, rude, has a very bad dispositon, lacks customer service skills, and is not knowledgeable of modern nail shapes. Her work was terrible. Kevin tried to fix it but they still look a mess. Long story short, it is not always about money!! They could've easily said come back tomorrow or even sorry but we don't know how to do those nails. Don't be so money hungry to the point that you have unsatisfied customers. These google reviews about them are terrible but true. This place needs some reevaluating. Never will I recommend anyone to go here.
