Martha was so very, very helpful when I first spoke with her regarding our roof - damaged from a recent high winds event. A few days later, Martha sent Darrell to look over our roof damage - Darrell was also very helpful. Next thing, Katy contacts me, letting me know Marcus will be beginning repairs. Both Katy and Marcus were very helpful as well. The insurance company finally sent their inspector, and his subsequent report approved the replacement of the west slope of our roof. No problem. Darrell and everyone else took care of everything, and our roof damage is now history. Thank you Kincaid for taking such good care of us.

After a major hailstorm damaged our roof, we called Kincaid Roofing, and I’m so glad we did. From start to finish, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Kris was incredibly thorough during the inspection and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make sure all the storm and hail damage was properly covered.
The crew was prompt, professional, and cleaned up the job site every day. They replaced our roof quickly and with high-quality materials—we could tell they take pride in their work. The new roof looks amazing, and we feel much more secure knowing it was done right.
Katy in the office was fantastic to work with—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service and quality.

The ladies at the front office are so friendly and made sure I was taken care of from the time I called for an inspection all the way theough the end after my roof was installed. The salesman was professional and explained the insurance process and said he would handle it all. And he did. What an awesome experience. Kincaid is definitely a Name I can Trust!
