I really wanted to like this place. It appears that the owner and I have the same taste in movies, just not food.
First, the menu online is all wrong. It's from 6 or 7 years ago and he doesn't know how to change it. That's not good.
Several things I wished to order I was told no longer are offered/have been substituted with something else.
Next, because the menu is so old, the prices are not up to date, so I expected to spend $12 for a small pizza, and $9 for some chicken tenders.
Wrong.
Try $17 & $12, respectively.
The kitchen doesn't open until 4, which, I'll admit, I didn't look all that hard, but I don't think that's listed anywhere.
Lastly, the food is average to subpar.
The pizza (The Bronx Tale) was average. Not a lot of flavor, crust was stiff near the edge, but very floppy in the middle. I hate getting shotchanged on toppings, but overdoing it is equally as bad. Far too many peppers and onions.
The chichen tenders were Buffalo tenders, which, I live near Buffalo, so I know what they are supposed to be like. These were sauce less. Look at the photos. DRY. BONE DRY.
I can't tell if they are old/freezer burned, or simply way too overcooked. Either way, I got through two bites and threw them out. They weren't edible.
I don't think it would take much to make the place good, but you actually gotta do it.
I spent waaaay too much money for food that was worse quality than Wendy's/Burger King.
