We go to pick up the pizza and the blonde woman is extremely rude, continuously blames a young lady for ringing up the order wrong when we're much more upset about the woman's attitude, just is argumentative at every turn, doesn't care about making things right, keeps laughing with the chefs about needing order 300, after waiting for 35 minutes for our replacement pizza we got a refund and left. I'm pretty lenient with service people, but there was no humanity left in this poor woman.
