Read MoreAs a lifelong Cheyenne resident, I've been to this Applebees quite frequently, and overall, all my visits have been pretty good. I can't remember any visit that has been bad or turned me off from the restaurant. The food has always been good, and they rarely make mistakes on my order, and that's not a biased statement based on this restaurant being one of my favorites. I always order burgers when i eat here, so i'm quite acquainted with their burgers. The burgers are really good and well portioned as well. The fries are also good, and I'd go as far as to say their fries are some of the best in Cheyenne. I will also say they have good long island ice teas for those who like alcoholic beverages. As far as service, I've met and had many servers over the years, and each has their own way of doing things, but overall service has always been good. I will talk a bit about my most recent visit, which was on Mother's Day. It was kind of a hectic day at the restaurant, and service took a bit longer, as it was really busy during lunchtime. My order came out a bit wrong, but I'm not going to be too harsh on the server because his friendly service was pretty on point. The food was hot and fresh, so that's always a plus. It wasn't the best visit, but it wasn't bad enough to alter my opinion or the overall rating of this restaurant. I definitely look forward to my next visit and I'm sure things will be better.
