So I asked around because my Dad was just going to go and contact Sears. He said okay and he called this company. They told him Samsung, no we won't even come out.
Seriously, you will not even make a trip out to look at it even though we were willing to PAY just to have it looked at?
So now he has called Sears, done a deal through them paying them so much a year to coverage so much on his appliances.
He had called a local company back in 2010 (not sure if it is this one) to come fix the flap for their refrigerator ice machine. The same thing even though we can and are willing to pay they don't deal with those appliances.
So now he has said he is done with dealing with local business to fix things. He said every time he calls, the people do not want to even come out & give an estimate or they don't deal with that company's product.
