Read MoreYour Clermont, FL location provided maybe the worst customer service I have ever received from any business before. I went in to return a couple items that my HVAC company had me purchase for them to install. I had my children with me and the only person in the store was very short and rude and told me that they don't even help home owners, just businesses. He was upset with me that I was there to return some unused items. Then the manager finally arrived at the store and not knowing what was going on at all decided to call the owner of the HVAC company that was doing work for me and gave them a fabricated story just to further embarrass me.
Alex was the employees name that was being extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He was cussing at me(in front of my children), raising his voice(in front of my children), and telling me he wouldn't help me. All of this was because he didn't know how to use the stores system on the computer.
They sold me things from the store..if they were not going to allow me to return anything due to me being a "homeowner", they should have never sold to me.
Unprofessional, rude, pissed off for no reason, someone that shouldn't ever be talking or dealing with customers of any sort due to his ability to be kind if nothing else.
