Early morning 12/20/24 to be exact 12:10am….I think he is misusing the security cameras my (room was #109) I ordered an Uber Eat, which I told the driver to come in and I would give him a tips in cash., after 30 to 40 minutes I left my room to the other establishment in Jamaica where my friends were staying, it took me 30 minutes then I returned to proceed to change to Going out with my friends, one of them came to my room to give me a charger for my cell phone because I had lost mine when connecting and charging my cell phone. I receive a call from the reception guy yelling at me saying that I can't take more than 1 person? When he hadn't brought anyone? Does Uber service count as a visit? That my friend will leave me the charger like another one? And that I have left and entered like another? Anyway, this really felt like harassment, an invasion of my privacy, my check out was supposed to be 11:00am for that service I paid for. But I really didn't feel safe or comfortable anymore. I went down to buy a water because I was dying of thirst and two redbulls. He still denied me the sale of it.!! If you didn't like me from the moment I entered, it would really be better if you hadn't rented me the room? Really very disappointed, I don't know if I feel abused, I asked one of my friends who will come and help me pick up my things, leaving the establishment at 7:00am sleepy because I didn't sleep, thinking that if I mishandled the camera, I could open it while I was sleeping.! !! Thirsty because they didn't allow me to buy a drinkUltimately very disappointed! I will consult a legal lawyer. Because for me this is a “crime”, harassment. HARASSMENTWalkability: ZERO. STAR!😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔Food & drinks: If they treat guests with that hatred, I can't imagine if they sell food what must happen anyway, nor do I want to imagine the horrors.And the drinks didn't even let me buy one, dying of thirst.Noteworthy details: Misuse of security toolsBad staff at receptionNo, and those two things already ruin the stay.In the establishment I regret not having stayed at the establishment in Alado JAMAICA, I think I enjoyed my stay incoral gables area
