Read MoreThis place is awesome. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because, we stayed here for a week+, and one of those days, the County water supply was polluted. Water came out all of the taps, showers, and jacuzzi, a green color with a foul smell. It happened around 7:30pm, so some people may not have noticed. I called the front desk, and they confirmed that something was wrong with the county water, and the water was not safe to drink. BUT THE RESORT DID NOT NOTIFY ALL OF THE GUESTS AND DID NOT MAKE ANY ALTERNATE PLAN TO HELP GUESTS GET POTABLE WATER!!!!! That is not good customer service. I'm sure some people got sick and did not know why?Service for towels and linens was very prompt. The landline was broken and someone came right away to fix it.I took the kids to play basketball. We walked to the courts and a security guard told us that we had to go back to the activity century to get a ball. That same security guard did not tell us that all the basketball courts were locked up because the floor was wet. So we walked to the activity center and got a basketball, returned to the courts to find them locked. I was angry that the security guard did not tell me the courts were closed, and the activity center should have known that basketball courts were closed. Very upsetting and a hour that I'll never get back. The kids were also disappointed.Overall, it was still a great trip. I will come back again, but they need to do better. They should include a daycare, all inclusive mini golf, ice skating, etc. These amenities should be included for time share owners. 20+ year owners, like our family, should be offered at least 1 complimentary dinner and spa.
