Read MoreI recently spent 12 wonderful nights at this hotel with my husband and our baby. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Adriana, Dezmeon, Victoria and Sandra going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely accommodating, making our stay unforgettable. Ann from Japan at the buffet always greeting us with a lovely smile and the whole staff always friendly and warm to us and our baby.
The only area for improvement I would suggest is the hotel's approach to sustainability. The hotel is located in natural and wooded surroundings but unfortunately, I was struck by the huge amount of single-use plastic used throughout the hotel, from water bottles to cups covered in plastic bags, and cutlery.
That being said, the hotel's excellent service and comfortable rooms would still make me recommend it to others. I just hope that in the future, they will consider implementing more eco-friendly practices to reduce their environmental footprint.
