Can't speak to the rooms. The location is terrible, right smack in "Da Hood: and your nighttime front desk clerk is an incompetent disgruntled worker on a power trip.

They assist us with a great amount of towels and housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning. The entire staff is very nice and they accommodate us with washer and dryer units

Room with king size bed, smells great. Clean air. Condition, is cold. Room is spacious and comfy. Shower stay hot. I didn’t really watch television but I’m sure there’s something on the 66” flatscreen. I woke up felt so refreshed. Left them a room tip.

Very polite and friendly staff and the Management goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. Nice comfortable beds and the rooms are very spacious and it's super close to Busch gardens

It was one of my ugliest experiences, very dirty, smell bad and the service is worst. I left the room and they denied my money back. Don't use their service, real bad. I though they were following the Howard Johnson rules, not even close.

The owners know they have bed bugs and don't care. The manager gave me my refund but the entire staff knew about the bed bugs and didn't say anything bc they only care about money not health concerns

I give the Regency inn three stars because they were very centrally located around a lot of different businesses and they had a fairly low rate, although they did not offer a continental breakfast so three stars for you guys.
